Day 1

Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, depart from the hotel bordering Nahuel Huapi Lake, passing by Bonita Beach and Campanario Hill. We take the chair lift which leads us to the top (1.050 MASL-3.444 ft.), from where we are able to admire one of the most beautiful and fascinating landscapes of this region. We gaze at Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno Lakes, Trébol Lagoon, San Pedro and Llao Llao Peninsulas, Victoria Island; Otto, Lopez, Goye and Cathedral Hills, as well as the city of Bariloche. We continue and pass through the Llao Llao Peninsula, San Eduardo Chapel and Pañuelo Port. Further on, we arrive at the panoramic point, a natural balcony from where it is possible to admire Moreno Lake and the Llao Llao Peninsula. At the end, return to the city,

Day 2

Day at leisure to take optional tours. Bariloche offers different alternatives to navigate Nahuel Huapi Lake and get to know unique sites such as the Arrayanes Forest, unique in the world, Puerto Blest and Frias Lake.

Day 3

B

At due time, transfer to the airport. If you want to continue your trip to Chile, we suggest taking the Lake Crossing, which connects the Argentine Patagonia with Puerto Varas in Chile.

Operational note:

Day 1: To take the Small Circuit, it is necessary to arrive to the city before noon. In case it is not possible, it can be taken on 2nd day, complemented with a boat trip or on 3rd day but in this case, a flight after 3 PM is required.

Bariloche Optional Tours

San Martín de los Andes.

We visit Villa La Angostura and explore the Seven Lakes Circuit, passing by Correntoso, Espejo, Escondido, Falkner, Villarino, Machónico and Lacar Lakes. At Lacar lake’s shores, San Martín de los Andes City is located. Time at leisure to explore and have lunch. Return.

Tronador Hill.

Depart from Bariloche taking the Route 40. After bordering the Gutiérrez and Mascardi Lakes, we enter the Manso River Valley and go to Pampa Linda to reach the Ventisquero Negro. The Tronador Hill owes its name to the roars which the ice blocks detachments produce.

Great Circuit.

A tour which combines the Patagonian steppe with lakes. Visit the valley of Limay river, Valle Encantado, Traful panoramic viewpoint and Villa La Angostura.

El Bolsón.

Depart towards the south of Route 40 to an area known as Comarca Andina. Once in El Bolson we visit the local fair, which offers many local products, and then continue towards Lago Puelo with its turquoise waters

Duration: 9 hours

Small Circuit and Beer Tour.

This proposal combines two musts: landscapes and beer. At the end of the Small Circuit, which allows us to discover the Campanario Hill, Pañuelo Port and Punto Panorámico (Panoramic Point), we visit a brewery where we learn more about the different types of beer they make, their raw materials, the recognition room and the fermentation room. The visit ends with a beer pairing of three steps which combines Patagonian flavors.

Small Circuit with Trekking.

This excursion runs along Bustillo Avenue to the Llao Llao area where we start the first trekking of 1:30 hour visiting the Cerrito Llao Llao, a path which will take us to a viewpoint where we can enjoy a view of the Nahuel Huapi Lake. From there we enter the Municipal Forest of Llao Llao, protected area within the town, to make a one-hour walk ending at Los Troncos Beach where after resting we take the Small Circuit road passing through López Bay and Campanario Hill.

Victoria Island and Arrayanes Forest.

Navigate from Pañuelo Port Nahuel Huapi Lake, which will take us to two amazing attractions. We start by visiting the Arrayanes forest, a unique tree formation, declared a natural monument. From there, we enjoy an 800 meters walk to admire this unique forest. Then we continue navigating towards Anchorena bay and disembark at Victoria Island. We visit this island following a well-marked path. Back to Pañuelo Port and Bariloche.

Puerto Blest and De los Cantaros Waterfall.

Starting at Pañuelo Port, in Llao Llao Peninsula, this excursion gives us the opportunity to navigate Nahuel Huapi Lake up to Puerto Blest and get to know De los Cantaros waterfall, located in the middle of the Valdivian jungle. From Puerto Blest we suggest taking the extension to Frias Lake in order to admire the green color of its water given by the minerals coming from the friction of the glacier with the walls of Cerro Tronador.
